30-Day Refund & Return Policies
What are your refund and return policies?
Pixels/Fine Art America, the company that makes my prints, will take back any item, for any reason, within 30 days of the order date for a full refund. Please note, outgoing and return shipping charges are not refundable, unless your order arrives damaged or defective.
How do I return my purchase?
Very important: for all returns/exchanges you will need your Order # from your receipt.
For damaged or defective orders, I recommend that you email Pixels/Fine Art America’s Customer Service Department via their contact page and describe the problem. They tend to respond quickly and will usually ask you to email them a photo of the damage or defect. Once they confirm the problem, they will refund you or send you a replacement (your choice). You won’t have to ship the item back. If you prefer to speak by phone, please call their Customer Service Department’s toll-free number 877-807-5901 (24 hours/day, 7-days/week).
For orders that aren’t damaged or defective, please visit Pixels/Fine Art America’s return page and follow the instructions. You will have to ship the item back.
Security & Privacy
Is my credit card and personal information secure?
The only personal information I ever see is your email address, if you subscribe to my email list. Your email address is never shared with others & you can unsubscribe at any time.
How can I check on the status of an order I’ve placed?
Once you’ve placed an order, you can contact Pixels/Fine Art America customer service by email or phone at 877-807-5901 (24 hours/day, 7-days/week). Please have your Order # from your receipt on hand.
What forms of payments are accepted?
All major credit cards and PayPal.
How long do custom prints take to produce?
Your prints will be ready to ship in 3-4 business days.
What is the largest size print I can order?
The largest size is usually about 60″ (152 cm) on the longest side for rectangular prints. For square prints, the largest size is usually 48″x48″ (122 cm x 122 cm). Each individual work of art is at a specific resolution, therefore, sizes may vary.
Can I purchase gift certificates?
Yes, you can purchase a gift certificate to use in my shop from Fine Art America, the company that makes my prints. You can purchase gift certificates here.
What surfaces can I order a print of your artwork on?
There are various surfaces to print on: Canvas prints, framed prints, metal prints, acrylic prints, posters, iPhone cases, Galaxy cases, greeting cards, throw pillows, shower curtains, duvet covers, tote bags, t-shirts, sweatshirts, baby onesies, greeting cards, yoga mats, and more. Be creative!
How long will it take to receive my prints?
All products require 2 – 3 business days to print and manufacture before shipping. Products will ship from the manufacturing facility located nearest to your destination address.
Gift cards are delivered instantly via e-mail.
Please note – even if you select “overnight” as your shipping method, we still need the time (above) to actually print, assemble, and package your order. Everything at Pixels is custom printed and manufactured “on demand”.
U.S. orders are printed at Pixels/Fine Art America’s facilities nationwide. Estimated domestic shipping time is 1-3 business days (Eastern U.S.) and 5-7 business days (Western U.S.). European orders are printed at Fine Art America’s facility in the UK. Estimated shipping time for European orders is 1 business day (UK) and 2-5 business days (continental Europe). For all other international orders, shipping time is up to 10 business days.
Which shipping methods are available?
UPS, FedEx and DHL.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, shipping is available to over 240 different countries – any country with FedEx, UPS or DHL service.
Can I calculate my shipping costs in advance?
Yes. From my prints page, add the print to your cart and select your country the “Shipping Address” form. You’ll see the shipping costs in the “Order Summary” on the right hand side.
Do you ever have sales?
Yes, from time to time I offer exclusive discounts to my mailing list subscribers. To receive notifications, subscribe here.
Do you offer trade discounts?
Yes, I offer discounts to interior design professionals. Please email me with your business information at email@example.com and I will give you a discount code to use in my print shop.
Can I browse your shop with non-US currencies and units of measurement?
Yes. On the bottom of my shop page there is a section called “Location Settings.” Here you can select your country’s currency and unit of measurement.
Do you sell your original paintings?
Yes, originals are listed on the Original Art page. You may purchase directly from me or from my galleries.
Do you do commissions?
Yes, I love commissions…working with individual art lovers is one of the joys of my life. Please contact me for any questions.
